This is your space. Nothing you share here is public.
Words from students who spent time with Calmio.
Everything students share arrives in the Students tab, where you can follow each student's progress over time.
Every counselor can see these. Open a student to read the full history, reply, and keep notes.
Students book directly into your school-hours calendar. Each booking can be added to Google Calendar.
Every student who has shared something appears here - one small page each. Anonymous messages are grouped under a stable code name so you can still follow that student's progress without knowing who they are.
Counselors are in school during working hours, so any hour without a session is free. Pick a counselor and tap a free hour to book it - up to 30 minutes before it starts. Booked sessions can be added straight to Google Calendar.
Resources chosen by your teachers to help with anxiety, stress, and situations school never quite prepares you for.
This information stays on your account. Your photo and nickname are only ever shown publicly if you say yes when leaving Calmio.
Stored privately, encrypted, on your account.
This permanently removes your account, profile, messages and booked sessions from this device. We'll ask a couple of quick questions first.
What you set here appears on the Emergency Help page, and the school hours decide which hours students can book with a counselor.
Monday to Friday. The booking calendar offers every hour between these times, and the counselor line is shown to students only during these hours.
Shown on the Emergency page and in the safety check-in. Defaults are Vietnam's national numbers - replace or add your local services and keep them up to date.
Counselor and administrator accounts can only be created here - never from the public sign-up page. Give the person their username and temporary password privately, and ask them to change it in the account manager.
Anyone can report a problem with the website using the round button in the bottom-right corner. Reports arrive here.
If you are thinking about suicide or hurting yourself, or you're worried about a friend, you can talk to someone immediately - free and confidential. You don't need to be in crisis to call.
Tapping a button dials from your device - this website can't place a call for you. Administrators can edit these numbers in School settings.
Tell the counseling team what's going on. This sends a priority message that every counselor sees clearly marked, so whoever is available first can reach you.
Think through how to respond to a student situation. It offers perspective - your counselor and your judgment always come first.
A quiet corner that grows with you - no buttons to press. Whenever you look after yourself here (writing a journal entry, sending someone appreciation, booking a session, or simply visiting), water arrives and your flowers drink it by themselves. Whatever they don't need is kept in the little tank by the fence. There is no losing and no hurry: a thirsty flower simply waits for you.
What Calmio keeps. Your username, email address, real name, school, profile, messages to the counseling team, appreciation notes, booked sessions, and your garden. Nothing more.
How it is protected. Everything is encrypted before it is stored, and your password is never saved in a readable form. Sign-in pauses after repeated wrong guesses, and Calmio locks itself when you step away. Closing the page signs you out completely.
Who can see what. Thoughts you share go only to the school's counselors. If you send a message anonymously, counselors only ever see a code name - never who you are. Your photo and nickname are shown publicly only if you clearly say yes when leaving Calmio.
What Calmio never does. It never sells data, never shares it outside your school's counseling team, and never sends your information to any other website.
Your choices. You can delete your account at any time from the account manager; this permanently removes your profile, messages, sessions, and garden.
For parents and the school. Calmio is run by the school for its students. Because most users are minors, the school informs parents or guardians about the service and how their child's information is handled, in line with Vietnam's personal data protection rules. Questions go to the school administrator.
This is a draft policy. The school must review and adapt it (ideally with legal advice) before real use.
Something on the website broken, wrong, or worrying? Describe it and it goes straight to the administrator.
Your message was sent. Before you go - it sounded like you might be carrying something heavy.
Are you having any thoughts of harming yourself or someone else?
Tapping a button dials from your device. If you're not ready to talk, texting counts too.
We're sorry to see you leave. A minute of honesty helps us make Calmio better for the next student.
May we show what you just wrote, together with your photo and nickname, in the public "People we have helped" section on the welcome page? It helps other students trust that reaching out works.
Totally optional. Your account is deleted either way, and nothing else from your profile is ever shown.
Locked for your privacy after some time away. Enter your password to continue.
A new flower!
